Rapid shot bugged

When rapid shot is at max heat and the clip is empty, the skill becomes unusable. Using up heat, does not resolve the issue. It cannot be reloaded and you must reload the game or change areas to use it again.

Found the cause. Seems to only be bugged when using it in combination with long shot 2 support gem.
