Cannot attack, use portal, dodge roll in maps.

I ran into a weird bug where I can't attack nor dodge roll. The only thing I could do was wasd walk around. Attempts to use the portal gives me the "You cannot use portal at this time" message.

Things I can't do while this was happening:
- use skills with mouse
- use skills with keyboard
- use the portal button
- dodge roll


Things I can do:
- wasd
- press escape
- change settings
- go to character screen


It was fixed after I went to character screen and rejoined.
