Delirium Fog

I love delirium. It was my favorite mechanic in PoE 1. In PoE 2, I can barely see the direction of the delirium fog. Once the screen starts getting filled with tons of enemies, it becomes even more difficult.

Is there a setting in options or microtransaction that can make the delirium fog direction easier to see?
