"Magnitude of Damaging Ailments you inflict with Critical Hits" does not work?

(10-20)% increased Magnitude of Damaging Ailments you inflict with Critical Hits

When equipping a jewel with this stat, my shock % do not get increased.

I'm using Comet to shock, critical hit chance is 100%.

It ALWAYS shocks, although the tooltip says 40-60% chance to shock (confused about that).

But "increased Magnitude of Damaging Ailments you inflict with Critical Hits" never does anything, while all the other magnitude stats work just fine to increase shock %.

Ailments that deal damage are Bleeding, Ignite, and Poison.

I was stuck in the mindspace that "shock relates to damage" while "freeze/chill" does not. So it's a damage ailment lol... Bahhh..
