Master Fletching notable does not show it will affect any skills

If you have a quiver with % bow damage, lightning arrow skill equipped, hover over Master Fletching and press alt, it says it will not affect any skills.

This is wrong, if you spec it -> unequip and requip an item piece to force a tooltip dps refresh -> it shows lightning arrow now has higher damage.

Please add % increased stats of quiver to stats that the alt+hover in passive tree can calculate.
