Megalomaniac jewel loosing notable when entering map or portal

Embodiment of Frost

Each time i enter a map all my spell are disappearing from the cast Bar like i didn't have 157 intellect to use it.

I can select the skill and add them again in my cast bar but as soon as i take a portal to town or go back in a map i loose the skill again.
