Bots/manipulators messing up the market?

Try this in-game market search: Gemini Bow, normal, 3 sockets. Then click on the item level.

There are about 6 level 82 white corrupted (useless) 3 socket Gemini Bows for 270 Div each from the same user with a very strange name 2494614476#2457

I wanted to see this user's stash to see if they actually had all 6 of these bows, turns out the game is unable to load the instance of their hideout and sends me back to the main menu.

So far I only noticed this one specific case, but I'm afraid this could become a trend of manipulators/bots putting tons of wrongly priced items that you can't purchase because their hideout won't load.
