Quest states don't properly update for alts after the campaign

- I'm in T15 mapping on my main, with only the quest for T15 corrupted nexus + crisis fragments open
- I just did the campaign on an alt
- Talked to every important quest NPC in the Ziggurat Refuge
- When switching to my hideout Doryani has a permanent quest maker, but no quest


Only in the Ziggurat Refuge do I actually see my account's quest progress


Edit: upon wanting to run a map on my alt I got the message that I can't do that until the campaign is finished.

Doryani didn't give me any quest, so I assumed it to be the "run your first map" bit which concludes the campaign.

And that was it: after that everything is as I want it to be.

Thus the bug is the missing quest of Doryani to run a map as the final bit of the campaign before endgame.
