Lightning warp bug and bosses.

I have this annoying issue for a while now. When in a boss room lightning warp just do not warp properly most of the time.
I have a video of me trying to click on the lightning balls and nothing happen.

It happens very often with bosses, worse with some and less so with others.
For example I have never encounter this issue with any of the citadel bosses. I know for CERTAIN I always get this issue with the Bone Tyrant. There are a few others I did not keep track.

I am using kbm. My aiming mode is set to target cursor although I other modes do not seem to change anything.
