Undying hate w/ 4 desecrations does nothing

I have an undying hate jewel 1152 Amanamu with 4 desecration mods and corrupted. It just doesn't do anything and when i hover over the "unstable" and "historic" texts I get a nasty buzzing sound through my headphones (unlike my other Undying hate jewel). I bought this jewel and don't want to cause someone else grief by selling it.
