King of the mists stuck in phase 2 change

Hi,

I spend 20 minutes trying to fix this issue. Upon changing into phase 2, king of the mists health got stuck at 2/5 and couldnt get out using portal or even by loging out and in.

We were in a party of 2.

It was a waste of 150 petitions sticks! and for someone who doesnt play often it was a huge let down.
