Placeholder information on debuff mouse over.

Encountered an unusual debuff from a rare mob on the Karui island in act 4.

When I paused and moused over the icon, it looked like it had some information that looked like placeholder text hand did not describe the debuff. I tried to screenshot, but don't think I have the image, as it looks like the screen shots do not go direct to a folder as the do with POE1, and is not currently in my screenshot or clipboard.

The text had square brackets, something like [DNT USED] followed by a name, but no explanation. Was sort of a red colloured icon, look a little be like bloodrage icon from POE1. I don't know of a good place to look up debuff icons out of game, but if someone has a link to a list, I can try and find which it might be, if that information is helpful. I don't know what effect it was having, I was encountering other degeneration effects from other source at the time.
