Witch minions stop respawning

Since i started playing witch i noticed that minions just stop respawning after few deaths...i am playing for 200 hours with this bug and it is still not fixed...i have read all over the internet everybody have the same bug i will post a link oh such occurence https://steamcommunity.com/app/2694490/discussions/0/598536819815278069/

for the love of god fix this bug...my minions just stop respawning and i have to swap weapons like some degenerate if i want them to respawn in full number...already made a thread but nobody cares

Getting this bug too. Playing Witch on the latest PoE2 league and occasionally the sniper or frost mage won't spawn again until I go back to town and back to the map.

Seems hard to reproduce reliably though. I'm getting it enough where I notice it but moving to a new map and my minions respawn so it's "fixed". Only really noticed it on hardcore when I died after I noticed my minions weren't there and it was definitely beyond the revive timer.

Steps to Repro:
1. Slot in multiple minion types (e.g. warrior and sniper)
2. Have the warriors and sniper die multiple times
3. Wait for warriors to revive without sniper
3. Notice sniper no longer respawns

Might be easier to repro early level when minion count and buffs are low.
