POE2 Bug in Boss Fight within The Cauchic Vault

I am going through the campaign and got stuck with a bug where I can't engage the followers in the boss fight within Cauchic Vault. It engaged once and I beat them but one was still attacking me even after Doryani was summoned and I spoke to him. I completed the dialogue with him and he told me to speak to the hooded one but there is no progression quest now and the followers are back on the altar. This time they won't engage again.

Update: I logged in again today and went back to the vault boss fight. This time they engaged and I beat them again but They didn't keep attacking me and Doryani never showed up. I ported back to camp and finally got a progression quest.
