Vessel of Kulemak bricked?

I'm playing a dot build. My first time fighting him. I started the fight, killed him 3 times, then removed the finger. I got his next phase down to around 5%hp then I died, but my dot killed him before I respawned.

When I respawned all the loot was gone and his dead body was just laying on the ground. I exited the game and came back, same thing. I went to my hideout, exited the game, went back, same thing. I ctrl+clicked to reset the well of souls, went back, same thing.

I have two more invitations in my inventory btw and the option to start a new fight isn't even there. I just jump in the well, the door is open, his dead body is laying there and I can't interact with anything.

Hi if you wait a bit the instance resets and you can go again.
