POE2 interlude Sync issue

Howdy,
I believe my wife softlocked me in the interludes.

We both play on PS5.

Typically I log in first, and she logs into her account. She logged on the other day without me and went to go talk to Renly at the refuge. Now, when I log in with her, or even without her, it throws error "YOU DO NOT HAVE THE REQUIRED QUEST STATE."

I tried to go back to kingsmarch and talk to the hooded one to fix the soft lock, but it doesn't work. She's the only one who can travel to the refuge now, and only by herself.

AFAIK quest ownership has transferred over to her, As of the moment, we are barred from progressing to endgame again.

I should add that we deleted the game and reinstalled it. I had a feeling this wouldn't work (I work in cybersecurity/IT).

Could you guys assist? You guys are legends.
