This just doesnt work. I cant leech mana from chaos damage

Do you have something equipped that allows you to leech in the first place? The passive increases your leech, but doesn't suddenly enable it. It's common to have the unique Essentia Sanguis Furtive Wraps equipped on your Chayula Monk to fix this.
