Misplaced health and mana HUD on UI when playing in 4k Windowed Fullscreen mode

When i am playing the game in 4k Windowed Fullscreen mode , there are two very thin ( very annoyable once visible for the first time, cannot unsee ) .

Can they please get fixed please ?
