Unable to add items to single Merchant Tab

See subject. Essentially, my >1 Divine tab has become "remove only". No rhyme or reason - when I attempt to move something from my inventory to the tab the cell I'm dropping to is red.

All other tabs function fine.

Note: Logging out to character selection resolves the issue, but...it's still an issue.

I never said stash. I said "move from my inventory to the (merchant) tab".
