No Battle Audio

Hello, it's been 3 months since I experience this issue. The fighting sound of my game has no audio. At first, I just waited for updates that might fix the issue. However, there are a lot of updates have passed, I still can't hear anything or the issue has not been resolved. Please I need your help since it affected my game experience, or immersion to the game to the point that I only played it few times a week unlike before. By the way, I am using an Xbox box one X. Hoping for your immediate response.
