Ingenuity bug with charms

My 3 charm slot ingenuity belt (I have tried others with 2 slots etc) does not allow me to use a golden or thawing charm. It shows 0/0 for both, while my stone charm works fine. I have also tried a lightning charm and it works fine. I have also tried buying different charms of the same type, just in case mine were bugged and they still show 0/0 when equipped.
