Constant game stuttering/freezing

Tried every online "fix" for this issue I've seen and still cant play the game without it being a stop motion film. FPS and latency show great numbers, yet the game itself stutters even when walking with no mobs.

AMD GPU and Chipset fully up to date, tried just about every setting change possible. Only started happening after an update around 0.3 and has completely changed the game experience to something i can barely play.

This has been happening to me ever since most recent hotfix. The hotfixes did not discuss anything about graphics updates but it was 1GB on steam. wondering if someone uploaded the wrong hotfixes.

Same issue. Just another game with Community managers who IGNORE all the issues. Servers have also been unstable all weekend.

I'm also getting crazy stuttering and lag. Video card is a GeForce 4700 ti and my internet is otherwise smooth. Something is wrong.

+1 this also happened last weekend. So I'm guessing it is due to server load on the weekend?

Same issue since last patch. Constant stuttering and latency spikes.

Edit: May have been my wireless keyboard, it was constantly connecting and turning on and off. Changed it out and no stuttering.
