poe2 Exception code: 0xc0000005 crash from hell!!!!

Since the latest patch to 0.3 I get this crash code about every 15 minutes, it has literally made the game unplayable. I have tried almost everything to fix it on my end.

tested my ram - checked fine
rolled back drivers
tried dx11, dx12, and vulkan all crash after 15 minutes
reinstalled on a brand new m.2 drive
reinstalled windows
went back to windows 10 - still crash
went to windows 23h2 - still crash
went to windows 24h2 - still crash
replaced all my ram from another pc I had - still crash
tried steam version - still crash
swapped out my cpu with an older one i had in a box - still crash
updated my bios - still crash
reinstalled windows again to a clean brand new drive and removed all my other hdd's just to make sure it was not some malware I couldnt find.

At the end of my rope. until the 3rd edict the game ran well.


We have 3 other gaming rigs in the house, 1 of them is identical to my setup. Only my pc has an issue.

Not sure what else to do.
