Intel Video Cards - Intel XeSS upscale broken for several patches

So, I have an intel Arc B580 video card.

Ever since the upgrade to the endgame patch, Intel XeSS Upscale filtering has been broken - I get a completely black screen.

In the time since that patch, the Intel card has been upgraded with at least 3 driver updates - none of which fix the issue. The card has the latest drivers.

It all did start with the POE 2 endgame update patch.

Please look into this, as the XeSS upscale gave me the best-looking quality for POE 2 along with the best performance, and I am having to use FSR upscaling in the meantime, which is a lot more muddled in terms of visual clarity.
