Atziri's Allure not removing curse limits from monster blue and above.

I tried everything. From passive removal to gem removal and it still applies the same. Blue and and above monsters still have the same curse limit's with or without Aziri's Allure.

The other passives from the gem, reflection back at the player and 25% less curse on monsters works...Just not the main ability...
