Queen of Filth / Corpse Throw Attack

I just got one shot from the Corpse throw attack (first encounter) from the Boss Queen of Filth.

I don't remember it being it a one shot killer. Did this change or was this a bug because my gear was very good, there was no chance that i would've died otherwise.

So i don't know if this is a bug or not but i have never died before at that boss that's why i suspect a technical failure.
