Hand of Chayula Bugged Interaction

I'm attempting to utilize Hand of Chayula with multiple marks. I'm using Hand of Chayula, Sniper's Mark, Voltaic Mark and Ancestral Call. Given that description of "Mark" I expect my first mark, Sniper's Mark, to be applied on the first enemy hit but be invalidated on the ancestral call hits due to the cooldown. I would expect Voltaic Mark to be applied on one of the next targets. Hand Of Chayula also doesn't apply Voltaic Mark if Sniper's Mark is on cooldown when attempting to use Hand of Chayula two times in a row.
