Getting kicked out of trial of chaos poe2

I have been getting kicked out occasionally from the Trial of Chaos back to the login screen. When I come back into the game I am outside the trial and the door is closed...I lose all rewards and progress plus the Inscribed Ultimatum used to start the trial. Please fix the issue...if we get kicked during the trial please allow us to start where we left off, when we were kicked from the trial with the same rewards that have been earned or at least give us all the current rewards earned upon being kicked.
