Severe Ping and Connection Issues Since October 25th

I bought the game on October 25th, and since then my ping has constantly been between 500 and 10,000. For the past two days, it’s been around 70,000–100,000. I’m using an Ethernet cable and not downloading anything in the background. I just want to play the game , please fix this.
