SSF and tablets

Is there some type of a bug? I'm level 85 Kitava warrior on SSF, and I have never seen a ritual tablet, breach tablet, expedition or delirium drop once. All I've got is a irradated precursor and I got about 25 of them.

I'm trying to craft for SSF as there's no trading, and it seems impossible besides a desecration.

Anyone have any wisdom on this?

My guess is they miscalculated how this will effect SSF. They might have been in a rush to remove towers (v0.3.1) before PoE1 league launch, since so many people complained about towers. However, changes that rippled out of it made sustainability of tablets really hard.

It does seem fundamentally weird to me. To get league tablets, you have to do the league mechanic. But to do that league mechanic, you need league tablets. Therefore, it becomes a doom spiral if you run low on tablets. You can get the league mechanic or even tablets without the other, but it's unpredictable / super rare.

Personally, I hope they roll back 0.3.1 back to 0.3.0, because I don't like the removal of towers, nor the inclusion of bosses on every map.
