It appear in my POE account here but when i log into POE2 game it does not show up in the cosmetic section

Same problem - Claimed on Twitch but not showing up in PC version of game.

This happened to me, i just unlinked my twitch account and relinked and it was there.

Can confirm that the suggestion above to unlink and re-link my Twitch account addressed the issue.

Same here, been several days now without me getting it after claiming it on Twitch? I'm on Steam though.
