Murderous intent support gem

This gem is still in my inventory for my standard character however I can no longer cut any new gems of this support gem as it is dose not show up for being able to be cut. I amd trying to understand why this supports gem would be removed and if its not then why can it not be cut anymore?

Not a bug, it has been drop-disabled and can no longer be cut.

Well damn so I can use it becuse I have it but I won't ever get to cut a new one... thats rough but thank you very much for the reply I wonder why they made this change?
