character blocked in boss area manassa

omg...........
this bug is still present since about 1 year..........
my character ( clickboum ) is blocked in boss area........ the lady snake is underground, and never come back....
cant teleport in boss fight..........

OMG !!!! this bug exist since more than 10 month and still dont fix it ???
so many players have same problem............
