POE2 - Can't access one of my characters anymore

I have a lvl 93 deadeye character that I can't log in to anymore for some reason. All my other characters work fine. I have tried to verify my steam game files, rebooted my computer and changed server nothing helps...

I choose my character on the character selection page and after that the loading screen never ends. cog wheels are spinning and I keep getting new loading screen tips so the game is not "stuck" per say.

Anyone have a workaround for this?

Fixed after deleting this file: \Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2\poe2_production_Config.ini
