knocked off

i use washington realm and canada, i tried all the repairs re installed poe 2 twice.i deleted all shaders and re did my nvidia 1650 gpu several ways. i keep getting kicked out of maps about half way through with no screen that says an unfortunate disconnect has occurried. it goes right to desk top. also i run poe 2 thru steam pls help
