Crazy ping jumps on every character poe2.

Hi guys, I have a technical problem that might be related to some account difficulties. What Im trying to say ism that every time i log on my account on diffrent characters the ping(ms) is diffrent. Sometimes its normal (20-30ms), but sometimes it is that high, that i cannot play normaly(100-300ms, sometimes even crazier). When the problem occurs the ping its not stable and it jumps back and forth.
It is definitely not my problem, bcuz in other games or programs the problem does not occur, the only program with this issues is poe2. I read that this migh be some account 'corruption' or some problem whit heald items/vanities. But I do have this problem on every char on my account.
Help me somehow guys, I'll be gratefull. kulejsza#9208
Oh i forget to add, I've playied poe2 before(like 1 year ago) and this problem did not occur not even once.
