30 minute load times

I don't know what happened but I am now getting really long load times. I don't know what happened I let it set and I went to lay down while periodically looking at my pc. and about 30 minutes it took for it to load, I uninstalled then reinstalled it did not work. I am trying to play with my brother and his GF but I can't and I feel like I am trolling them. please help. When I change to DX12 or vulcan it takes a while to load as well. I tried resetting shader cache and that didn't help. idk lost atm.
