POE 2 Woes - Number of Attempts at End game and Loss of EXP on death - and Other Frustrations

I got past the interlude,
1. BUG IMO - And feel like putting in a number of attempts post game maps, is like I am playing super Mario. If I wanted so many tries, I would play a different game that allowed for this. Either put this in for all maps, or take it out completely. Consistency. 2. BUG IMO - Loss of Experience - If a player is going to lose experience on death, do it for the entire game, not just certain levels and above, OR take it out completely.. This is in-consistent, 3. BUG IMO - The game does not scale. When I am level 60. I had to get help to beat a level 50 boss, that I was helping a friend with. While bosses should be harder than normal monsters, I have had to ask for help for almost EVERY single boss fight when I was at that level. If the game scaled properly, I would not have to ask for help, and within a reasonable number of tries, eventually pass. POE 1 had this problem, though it was not as bad. 4. BUG - Randomly rolling into monsters on dodge. A friend and I who play POE 2 together all the time, when using the space bar to dodge, would randomly roll into the monsters or monsters AOE, we were trying to dodge. Our mouse would be on the right of the screen, and we would hit right on the keyboard, but roll left, as an example. 5. BUG - I have seen lots of people complain about random freezing and crashes. My computer is windows 10, almost 8 years old. No problems. My friends is newer Windows 11 with in the past 3-4 months, but she crashes less often as we adjust in game settings. 6. FEATURE REQUEST - Being able to click on a person's name in any chat, to message them privately would be great. Hitting tab when the chat windows are active, to cycle the different chats, global, trade, etc... would be nice. It would be nice if global chat only displayed global, and in game text from characters. and trade was only displayed on trade, so you had to click on the chat tabs.
