Bone Shrapnel Support doesn't work with Essence Drain DoT component

Bone Shrapnel Support doesn't work with Essence Drain DoT component.

Direct hits from Essence Drain will proc it, and possibly the initial hit of Contagion spreading Essence Drain, but that's been too hard for me to test.

This could be intended behavior. However, if the DoT from Essence Drain worked to proc Bone Shrapnel, Bone Prison would be a great addition to many Essence Drain Builds as it's the perfect tool to trigger Bone Shrapnel in the short window enemies remain pinned.
