Character frozen

My level 25 Mercenary in Keth froze. It can move by holding down the spacebar, but cannot fire it's crossbow or interact with any enemies, cannot use the WP, can create a Portal but cannot use it. I have had this happen before with a different Mercenary but, so far, not with a different class. I have tried all the fixes I could find via Google but nothing has worked.

I don't want to lose all that has been achieved with this character.

Same problem here with a Huntress level 50, can only move by rolling, cannot use WP. I'm in Kingsmarch (town area from act 4) so I cannot attack, I can talk to the npc but I cannot access my stash or the well. I tried changing my controls, rebooting and downloading the game again but without success.

Check your LMB skill and change it to Move-only or an attack skill (not a skill like "Load Bolt" or other passive ones).
