Anyone know how to delete cache on PS5?

At this point I have no other way of fixing a persistent issue of freezing. Support has not responded and has told me they cannot delete my game cache and since there is not data cache stored on PS5 I think the only option is to try having my account deleted. It’s not like I can actually play the game so I figure it’s worth a try. (I have tried every other option I’ve seen on these forums or online.
