Permafrost bolt, frozen mobs just vanish with no death animation

When the mobs freeze then die, they just poof now instead of getting "shattered".

Is this a bug? They used to get shattered into bits and peaces of ice and now they just poof with nothing.

Now that I realize something, all frozen spells that freezes enemies the ice dont shatter anymore, the enemies just vanish.
