Why wont GGG fix lag issue

Man oh man I've filed a few bug reports and get no response. I've made a few post and get no response. There is a serious lag issue that at times makes this game unplayable and yet, no hot fixes and no response. I guess they just could care less about us on console. What a horrible feeling to know that you spend your money on there MTX, tabs etc. And they just don't care. I'm on PS$ and It sucks. Thanks for your help GGG

If, using a desktop or laptop, you run an MTR test (available for free on Windows, macOS, and Linux), someone can take a look at the log file and attempt to determine what the problem is.

Because “they resolve it” on all platform level.. but my problem is it’s never been fixed.. and it’s just said as it is unplayable.. not all the time but just annoying so much I just stoped playing it for more than a month now..

I'm almost quit many times. but I keep slogging thru. It sucks. I think this mechanic and this league is the worst I've seen in over 3 1/2 years

Do you not have access to a desktop or laptop? The test only takes a few minutes.

FPS should have increased significantly since the start of 0.4, if that's what you're talking about.
But if there are problems with the internet, then it's your ISP's fault.
I play with 0.1, I can say that I've never had problems with ping or anything like that.
Most likely, you have bad internet, that's all.
