totemic greatclub new implicit-- Tawhoan Greatclub should get the same?

seeing as they're the "same" basetype shouldn't the endgame version of the weapon also receive the empowers an additional attack?

Totemic Great Club now has "Warcries Empower an additional attack" (previously Crushes Enemies on Hit), and now has 77-105 damage (previously 73-99). Existing items will not have this implicit.
