Living lightning + shapeshifting

Question and potentially bugged:

Is living lightning supposed to not refresh/work when shapeshifting? I have it connected to the Thunderstorm and it correctly spawns them when I cast it, but when I shapeshift it stops working. Thunderstorm is still hitting enemies tho.

I concur this is happening to me as well. Haven't gotten to some of the other supports to test yet.
