Herald of Ice and Herald of Fire stopped working after server reset

Hello

I played ww druid with herald of ice and fire until the servers reset, once they came up my heralds worked, and once i changed support on herald of fire it turned off, cant turn it on with any weapon, same with herald of ice, i have the required stats. It says 'Not usable with current Weapon Set settings', and I tried with talismans, crossbows, and quarterstaff, same income

Any ideas what happened here?

Go into the arrow next to damage in the skills menu and check if you have "Used with Weapon Set: 1 /2" unticked. Tick them both.
