Item Pictures Going Missing

I've had graphical issues in previous patches where a lot of the textures in the world (Like the textures on the ground) will just disappear, especially in Acts 2 or 3. But new to this league is when those graphical glitches happen, the item pictures in my inventory also disappear. Quitting the game and logging back in fixes it but only temporarily (sometimes only for a few seconds). Also hovering over items on the ground does not bring up the information about the item. I know I have an old graphics card but this makes the game borderline unplayable.

Same issue. I've not found a fix yet. It's making me not want to play because I can't tell WTF I'm picking up.
