Temper Weapon Talisman not working

Temper weapon is not working on Talisman. Talisman is listed as a martial weapon and Temper Weapon should work but it doesn't. Basically Smith of Kitava got a big bug update nothing works, pretty much useless.

Still not working and they actually just released an update where they said that talisman is no longer listed as the weapon that should work with this skill.
