The game screen suddenly reloaded while I was playing

This problem has also been bothering me from last season until now. While playing, the game suddenly stops responding and then reloads the screen. The background music plays normally, but the game is paused. Today, sometimes it just reloads the screen, and sometimes it crashes directly.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti (16 GB)
Graphics card driver version 591.44
This problem also existed before the graphics card driver was updated.

The problem didn't occur after I switched the renderer to Vulcan.
