Corrupted Nexus Bug no points given

I compleate 2 Corrupted Nexus no points given , no book and the quest said travel to the corrupted Nexus

Also have this problem, have also completed 2 corrupted Nexus and received no atlas points. Maps in the corrupted area show as cleansed.

I have had the same problem. Has happened 3 times on T3+ corrupted nexus. Each time, I died to the map boss, and was respawned in an empty map at the boss checkpoint. No issue on my T1 corrupted nexus when I beat the map boss without dying.
